Now Profile is an application that you can use to report on the status of your system and its configuration. The report can be used to quickly inventory what is in your system or help you troubleshoot any problems you may be experiencing.

Now Profile creates a report that gathers detailed system information for easy review. You can create a report at any time so that you have the most current and accurate information available regarding your system and its configuration. You simply choose the search requirements and Now Profile does the work for you.
• Searching for duplicates
Now Profile will report on duplicate items including aliases, documents, and applications. So if you need more disk space you can use Now Profile to help you find items that can be removed.
• Print a diagnostic report
After creating a report you have the option of saving it or printing it. This is useful if you wish to keep an inventory of what is on your system, or you need to fax it to a company for technical assistance.

• Creating a report
You have complete flexibility in choosing which information to display:
1) Launch Now Profile from the "Now Utilities 4.0.1 Demo" folder to bring up the Preferences window.
2) Use the pop-up menus to select the items you wish to display and the degree of detail to include.
3) Click on the “Profile” button and Now Profile will generate your report.
• Reviewing your information
After creating your report, you can review your report either on-screen or printed out.
1) Use the scroll bar to move through your report on-screen.
2) If you want a hard copy, choose “Print” from the File menu.
